Transcript on the X chromosome: We can distinguish between males (one dot per nuclei) and females (two dots per nuclei). Ventral to dorsal gradient!!! Partly nascent, partly cytoplasmic foci.

Good probe on gel. Nice insitu!

It is hard to distinguish if the axons in the larval ventral nerve cord are 'axons' or 'tracheal extensions'
