-performed via HCR-FISH using 3 probe sets targeting the RB transcript isoform
-expression appears to only be in late embryos and correlates with modENCODE RNA-seq data for embryos - it appears to be expressed consistently in the posterior midgut in a specific band which appears brighter than the autofluorescence of the yolk
