Samples were prepared as TSA method (treated in PBTT solutions and stored in TSA hyb); FISH was performed with HCR-FISH. |
Except the strong/condense nuclear expression at the tip of TE, foci along the nuclear bundles of spermatids was observed as well. But the foci signals faded right after imaging. |
