Very interesting patterns: cytoplasmic in early cyst cells and spermatogonia, also shows nuclear gathering in spermatogonia as strong puncta. Mainly has nuclear or perinuclear patterns in spermatocytes; Nuclear(?) localization in early elongating spermatids.
Moving to elongating and individualizing spermatid bundles showing puncta patterns. Diffuse distribution in coiled sperms.
Foci in sperm tails in SV.

Probes can detect the AS Su(Ste) transcripts which were transcribed by 1360/Hoppel TE promoter.
Samples were prepared as TSA method (treated in PBTT solutions and stored in TSA hyb); FISH was performed with HCR-FISH.
Except the strong/condense nuclear expression at the tip of TE, foci along the nuclear bundles of spermatids was observed as well. But the foci signals faded right after imaging.
