Comments

Tracheal lumen probably non-specific.
Good probe on gel. Not sure if the sub-nuclear localization is real, I see a similar pattern in other wells of the same 96 well plate (?)
It is hard to distinguish if the axons in the larval ventral nerve cord are 'axons' or 'tracheal extensions.
